Q: Where can I find my model number?
A: The model number is found on the front hub of the fan, and on the label below the cord wrap.

Q: Where can I find my serial number?
A: The serial number for the DT series is stamped on the side of the fan in black ink and will be a 10 digit number. The serial number for the DTA series is located on the back of the fan, and will have the prefix 'DP' followed by 10 digits.

Q: How long is your warranty?
A: All of our Portable Air Circulators come with a limited one-year warranty.

Q: Can I use an extension cord?
A: Yes.
